Itinerary

Day 1 Arrive in Tashkent

Board early morning flight to Tashkent, proceed through immigration formalities and proceed to hotel.

Tashkent, the radiant heart of Uzbekistan, beckons with a harmonious blend of the old and the new. Inclusions & Exclusions

Inclusions
  • 6 Nights accommodations in 4* category hotels in Tashkent, Samarkand and Bukhara. All stay on twin sharing basis (twin beds are subject to availability). We provide single sharing accommodation for a supplementary cost. In case interested, please let us know while making the booking itself. All rooms are base category.
  • (6) Breakfast, (7) Lunch and (6) Dinner as per the tour plan. Breakfast will be continental, Lunch & Dinner will be a mix of Indian and Uzbek meals. Both Veg/Non-veg meals available. Indian food not available in Bukhara and Samarkand, so it will be local cuisine only.
  • High Speed 'Afrosiyob' bullet train tickets for Tashkent– Samarkand – Bukhara – Tashkent (economy class). Bullet train tickets are subject to availability.
  • City tour of Tashkent, Bukhara and Samarkand by AC coach. 
  • Entry tickets to monuments, Fort, Palaces, Mosque, Museums (mentioned in the itinerary).
  • Master-class in Gijduvan – famous uzbek ceramic and embroidery center.

  • 1 litre of water per day per person
  • Group pickup from Airport only in case flight is booked as per our suggested time.

  • Some of the sightseeing points might get closed on particular days and we reserve the right to change the itinerary. However, we will make sure everything is covered in best possible way. 
  • Single Entry tourist eVisa fee for Uzbekistan and Visa support fee.  
  • International Travel Insurance till 70 years of age. (Additional cost of International Travel Insurance for age above 70 years. Any difference to be payable on actual by traveler.)
Exclusions
  • International Flight tickets to and fro from your home town to Tashkent - Uzbekistan. (Request you to not book your tickets without consulting us)
  • Tax Collected At Source on Foreign Tours (TCS) which is 100% refundable at the time of filing ITR. The exact amount will be collected as per Government rules while making the payment.  
  • Additional cost of International Travel Insurance for age above 70 years. Any difference to be payable on actual by traveller. 
  • If traveler is not an Indian passport holder - Visa Fee and supplement for sightseeing tickets.
  • Sightseeing attraction and services tickets not mentioned in inclusions.
  • Please note that If traveller is not an Indian passport holder, there will be an additional visa Fee and supplement for sightseeing tickets. 
  • Any additional expenses and any penalty/change/ cancellation fee of flight/train tickets due to flight/train disruption/ delay/ cancellation in any sector domestic/ International - whether included or excluded from the tour package.
  • Tea and Coffee or any other expense of personal nature like tipping, laundry, telephone/fax calls, beverages, personal meal orders, camera/video camera fee at monuments, medical expenses, room service charges, airport departure tax etc.
  • Any extension of stay in hotel and check-in/check-out time pre/post standard followed at all domestic hotels.
  • Any expenses caused by reasons beyond our control such as personal health problems, roadblocks, Govt. restrictions/rules, landslide, accidents & any emergency evacuations.
  • Extra Services if taken (rafting, cycling, playing archery, Room heaters etc).
  • Room upgrade charges in case required. 
  • Cost of any hotel accommodation required at any city to catch early morning flight.
  • Any Covid related test requirement implemented by the Country.

How to Book?

  • Call / WhatsApp us on (+91) # 9999459798 / 9711596164 or email us at info@phurr.in and initiate your booking
  • Send us a clear scanned copy of your Pan Card and Passport (front and back page - Name and Address page) on email or WhatsApp with at least 6 months validity from the return date of this tour. You must carry your original passport during tour.
  • Pay Rs. 30,000 as 'tour booking fee' by online NEFT / IMPS transfer or cheque in favour of our bank account.
  • Pay the balance amount 60 days before the tour departure date.
  • If you want us to make train/flight booking, approx. amount of same to be paid at time of booking. The remaining is to be adjusted with the balance payment. Please call us for further details.

 

Visa:

Uzbekistan allows e-Visa for Indian passport holders and we will be applying the same on your behalf. The cost is included in the tour package for Indian passport holders. For Non-Indian passport holders, extra supplement fee will be applicable.

** You must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19 to enter Uzbekistan.

 

Documents for Visa

  • Colored scanned copy of Passport (first and last page) with a validity of at least six months from the date of return of this tour
  • Scanned copy of Pan Card
  • Latest colored passport size photograph (2 photos) with plain white background. It should be a clear photo and size of photo should be 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm (35x45mm).
  • Completed Self Declaration TCS form which will be shared by us.
  • Confirmed flight tickets - India to Uzbekistan and return 
  • You must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19 to enter Uzbekistan

 

Flight Timings:

Please note that for group pickup preferred time for arrival in Tashkent is latest between 9 AM to 11 AM. Further, the drop to the airport will be around 10 PM for a late night / midnight flight

FAQs:

I am at X place, will I go alone from here? We don’t plan travel from a specific region as we have a clientele from all over India. Though we can still suggest you the best possible way for arrival and departure (both Flights and Train). Most of our travellers will travel in the same train or flight which has been suggested by us. So, you do not need to worry, as chances are that you won’t be travelling alone. We try to patch you up with a co-traveller from the same location.

I am a single woman, is it safe for me? We have a good percentage of single women joining each tour and we put in extra effort to for your safety by ensuring someone is always there to help you out. Talk to us and you will be more confident in joining. Just call us now!

How can I book train or Flight to reach and depart from my hometown? You are most welcome to contact us for arranging Train/Air travel arrangement from your hometown. We will charge INR 350 extra service charges for it. Total cost of the arrangement has to be provided at the time of booking. In case required, please specify at the time of booking itself. Or, take suggestions from us and book from a nearby dealer or yourself.

However, Air/Train tickets are subject to availability and we request you to book as soon as possible to confirm your seats and to get the cheapest Airfare.
